What are ProcessingPoints™?
ProcessingPoints™ is a unique program that rewards you for using Reward Payment Systems as your VISA and MasterCard credit card processor. You earn points each month as you process Visa/MasterCard receipts from your customers. When you have earned sufficient points, you can exchange them for valuable travel and merchandise rewards.
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem points online at any time for as little as 2,500 points for merchandise or 3,500 points for travel. Some downloadable or Bonus Rewards may be available for as little as 750 points. Simply go to the ProcessingRewards™ Website at http://www.rewardpaymentsystems.com or call 1-877-33AWARD (1-877-332-9273).
How do I redeem points for travel?
Redeeming your ProcessingPoints™ for travel is easy and can be done two ways. The first option is to simply go online and download a travel certificate. Attach your receipts to the certificate and mail it back to us. You can apply the certificate to any travel-related service for which you have the receipts. The second option is to book travel directly on the ProcessingRewards™ Website by selecting the "Book Now" Option. After you have traveled, you will receive a rebate check directly from Reward Payment Systems.
If you do not have Web access, you may call our Redemption Center toll-free at 1-877-33AWARD (1-877-332-9273). We will send you a travel certificate by mail.
Are there any travel restrictions?
Unlike most reward programs, the points you earn are extremely flexible. There are no restrictions with our rebate method. Your points can be used towards anything that you would typically book through your preferred travel agency, directly with travel providers or via the Internet. You can book any airline, hotel or resort, train trip, cruise line, rental car and more. There are also no blackout periods or seat restrictions.
How do I redeem points for merchandise or gift certificates?
Redeeming your ProcessingPoints™ for merchandise or gift certificates is always easy. You can do all of your redemptions right online at www.rewardpaymentsystems.com. Compare the amount of points available with the number needed for the item you want. You can select any item from the thousands available online. There are even downloadable rewards online that you can receive right now. We also have special “Bonus Rewards” that appear online every month. If you select a merchandise reward, you will receive your item within 2-4 weeks.
How do I go online? What information do I need?
Be sure to have your ProcessingRewards™ Account Number that you received in your Welcome Kit ready. Then, use your browser and go to www.rewardpaymentsystems.com. Click on the icon labeled "My Account" to log on. Before you can log on to view your ProcessingPoints™ Account for the first time, you must click on "Register" to complete the simple online Registration Form. You will be asked for certain information including your ProcessingRewards™ Account Number. Once you have completed this form and agree to the Terms of Use, you will be able to view your account information and ProcessingPoints™. If you have lost your ProcessingRewards™ Account Number, please call our toll-free hotline at 1-877-33AWARD (1-877-332-9273). We will be happy to assist.
How often are my points updated?
Points are credited to your ProcessingRewards™ Account monthly. This means that it could take up to 45 days for points to be credited to your ProcessingRewards Account, but most will happen much quicker. You may visit the website and request monthly e-statement ProcessingRewards™ notifications.
How long does it take to receive my reward after I redeem my points?
After you redeem your points and place your order, items are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks from when the order is processed.
Can my points be reduced?
When you return purchased merchandise, your ProcessingPoints™ are removed from your Rewards account. This will result in a reduction of your points. In rare instances, it could actually give you a negative point balance.
Why can’t I access my ProcessingRewards™ Account online?
If you have had your account for 60 days or more, you should be able to access your ProcessingRewards™ Account online right now. If your account is opened 60 days or less, you may have to wait a brief period to get into our system. If your account is more than 60 days old and you are still having problems, please call our toll-free hotline at 1-877-33AWARD (1-877-332-9273). We will be happy to assist.
How much does it cost to participate?
It costs you nothing to participate in ProcessingRewards™. However, standard rates and fees for use of the processing system do apply. In order to earn ProcessingPoints, you must be an active merchant of Reward Payment Systems. In the event you close your account with Reward Payment Systems, you automatically forfeit any ProcessingPoints™ you may have.
How are my points calculated?
Each month, for every $12 you process in Visa and MasterCard sales from your customers, you earn 1 point. For example, if you earn $20,000 per month in Visa and MasterCard sales, you earn 833 points per month.
